Job Description:

T-Mobile is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat – Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and product information – Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times – Document customer interactions and follow up as needed – Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues – Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: – Reliable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic – Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously – Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively through written chat – Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection – High school diploma or equivalent – Must be eligible to work in the US
